According to Data Quick and CNNMoney.com sales for San Diego homes over 1 million dollars have increased by 14%.
This is much welcome news to the luxury market here. For the past few years homes priced over 1 million dollars have taken a big hit.
Not only did their values fall, but the buyer market for these types of homes was almost dried up. This is definitely a step in the right direction.
