Fisherman's Wharf Co-ops in West Babylon usually stay on the market for at least six months.

What made this one sell in 72 days? I can't take all the credit. It was a joint effort between myself and my client. The homeowner keeps his home immaculate. No clutter and beautifully updated. It is also a unit that has its own entrance. There are no doors that lead to the upstairs owner's unit. Privacy is sought after in any co-op development.

My part was the marketing. I took great photos. Created a photo video montage and did a video of the development. Both of these videos show up at the very top on the first page of a Google search. I also uploaded both videos to YouTube and my Facebook pages.

Selling a home is really a joint effort between the homeowners and their agent. When you really want to sell your home, you will do everything you can to keep your home clutter-free. Buyers love when they walk into your home and can visualize where their furniture will go. They are also impressed when a home is neat, clean and organized. Right now there are not a lot of homes for buyers to choose from that are move-in condition.
