This is app post #2 , and I believe that it will benefit real estate agents
that want to impress clients with their technological know how and show them how they will be able to expose their home to the masses, to get the best possible price.
Remember this:
Exposure = competition = multiple offers & a desire to "win" the property!
Here's one thing to consider, for all new real estate agents out there-
You may not have the experience and client data base necessary to compete with the seasoned veterans, but many of those seasoned veterans are getting long in the tooth (I'm just sayin'), and rely solely on referrals and repeat business to generate their real estate listings.
Many long time real estate agents are not willing or able to learn about the new technology offered today and what the internet can provide them in the way of buyer leads. This gives you an edge, and allows you to capture the younger audience, who turns to the internet for EVERYTHING!
So... here's the app for today:
The Animoto App for the iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch.

To summarize, Animoto allows you to use photos, to create your own "music video" within minutes. Now, when I say "create", what I mean is, you simply upload the photos, type in a couple lines of text and they do the rest. You can check out examples on their site or take a look at the one that I created in my post mentioned above.
Animoto videos come out completely professional looking with almost no effort on your part, and your real estate clients are sure to be impressed by your skills!
So here's how I see this cell phone & iPad/iPod application working for real estate agents:
You meet with a seller and shoot some photos in and around their home, using your iPhone, or other device.
You upload the photos, using the Animoto app, throw in a few lines of text, such as "Stone Entry", Granite Slab Counter tops", "Salt Water Pool & Spa", etc... choose a tasteful background song and viola- within minutes, you can play the video montage for your clients, explain to them how you will showcase the video on your website, blog, YouTube, Facebook page, etc... and they are putty in your hands!
