Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Advantage

Maybe I'm a little nuts.  Mention some other's agents's listing?  Another company's listing?  Yeah, nuts!

But look at this old house for sale in Pangburn Arkansas.  It is reported to be on the Historic Register of Homes, built in 1898, was once the telephone company and is known as the "Boggs Home."

304 Austin Pangburn AR

Someone has taken an old house and dolled it up to have lots of charm.  I especially like this inside picture of the house.

Stairs up

This picture shows the stairs going up, the old boards on the wall and makes you think of sending the kids to bed and hoping you don't have to climb up there to check on them.

The price is $105,000 and I can sell it to you if you'd like to live in the trout fishing haven of Pangburn Arkansas.

Barbara, what a great looking historic home.  Is the trees already that pretty and green?  I hope it's coming to a home near us soon.

I LOVE the house!  Looks like it should have 10 foot ceilings?  YES?  Porches and character and cute as a button.  I just really like the 1890's though.  I would probably think differently if I had to live in them.  If anyone can sell it...YOU CAN!  It is always good to see someone who LOVES their job!

Debbie, thanks.  I do love my job and even though this is not my listing, I loved the photographs that the listing agent put up.
