Sometimes you just need a change of pace to totally change your motivation, outlook and drive...and that's what I got today. This is a picture of Tim and I sailing on the Gulf. I'm spending tomorrow with Ellie looking at homes in Ft Myers...take that icky weather Indy!

Hey there...not "me" buying it specifically. Looking for a few good men...or people in general to buy it. We own a home in Breckenridge with 11 other families...get four or five weeks a year...and want to replicate that model in Ft Myers. If the market is depressed enough...might make sense. So trying to figure out if the investment is there.
