Susan, I had 15 people show up at my open house today, at least half were serious buyers and would you believe 2 of them asked me to find them more expensive houses, my listing is 2.2 MM and they said they could go up to 3MM now thats lick of the Irish, I hope there are the right houses out there on the market!

Hi Susan - Glad you had a great week selling houses. 

I'm not looking to sell my nearby castle at this time (probably will never sell it) and unfortunately, it is ever so slightly on the wrong side of the international border for you.  You would need a New York license to sell it for me. ;)
