Florida’s popular Naples area appeals to a wide variety of active adults. And, with many affordable homes in age targeted communities, the Naples area can meet the needs of nearly any budget. Here is a brief look at five communities which offer homes for under $200,000.
1. VillageWalk of Bonita Springs (High $100s to low $400s)
Built by DiVosta, VillageWalk of Bonita Springs will appeal to active adults, but it is open to residents of all ages. There are 1,800 residences in this mid-sized community, including both attached homes and single-family homes. In addition to the resort-style amenities found at many active adult communities, VillageWalk of Bonita Springs’ beautiful Town Center features fabulous services such as an Italian restaurant, a beauty salon and boutique, a bank, a gas station and a post office.
2. Lely Resort (High $100s to $1.6M)
Lely Resort, set in Naples, is a luxurious age targeted golf community which features true country-club living. This impressive community provides a fabulous array of resort-style amenities and home styles designed to fit many different budgets. There are thoughtfully-designed condos, townhomes, coach homes, villas and single-family homes. Rapallo at Coconut Point, set in Estero, is a lovely Mediterranean-style community that is open to all ages. 5. Reflection Lakes (Low $100s to low $400s)
Located in the heart of Naples, Reflection Lakes is a thriving community which is open to all ages, but will particularly appeal to active adults. There are just over 600 residences in the community, including coach homes, duplexes and single-family homes. The community clubhouse features a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, hobby and game rooms, and a variety of outdoor sports courts. The community is also set amid 30 acres of lovely lakes and 26 acres of scenic preserves, making it a nature lover’s paradise.
