Neal, this looks a lot like out market. yours has a bit more sales and homes on the mkt, but the relationships are very much the same. and it is a good time to buy here too.

Neal, all you have to do is sell that $13,900,000 house and you can take the rest of the year off to play as much as you want :)

That property has been active since March. There is another for 13,500,000 and is owned by Dan Marino. He lives owns from me in the next community. That one is at 13,500,000 down from $15,900,000 listed by sotherbys and on the market since March 2006. First I would have to find someone with that kind of money and nerve:) I would buy it myself if Dan would let me slide on the payments:)
