Thanks for the post.
Never heard of it.
Good luck in your area.
How interesting, Shannon! I have never heard of Irish potato candy, but I will look for it. Thanks!
Hi Shannon the Irish Potato Candy sounds great. I am the only one in my family that like coconut and these are right up my alley! Yum!
Jeff & Heather - They were a great discovery, lol!
Bruce - Yes, Oh Ryan makes a pretty good Irish Potato. I like to make them myself when I have time, but this year I just never got to it so I am thankful my local candy shop carries them.
Maggie - More for you then! My kids don't like coconut either so I always steal their Almond Joy bars from Halloween, lol!
Sounds yummy and totally not something with which Weight Watchers would agree, LOL!
Virginia- no...I don't think they have point allowances for these!
Hi Shannon, Ok, the next day off I have I will try these. I always love to bake.
Will - and you don't even have to fire up the oven to make these ;)
Oh Shannon, Thanks for the recipe, my wife just email me and her office is doing a irish day on Thur. Guess I will make these.
Hope they turn out well! I just went and bought a box of the Oh Ryan ones at our local shop- the Sweet Spot candy shop- as I just haven't had time to make them!
