I just got my USDA/Rural Housing Florida newsletter.

Hey Charlotte, Lee, Collier Counties

Catch the Wave

The headline from USDA read

Funds are available!

"funding for this program is not affected by the current Congressional budget debate"

Don't believe the rumors!

Allllllllllright!

USDA is issuing a big thank you to Florida lenders, here's why

Fl lenders have assisted 2,154 families with $262,454,483 since Oct. 1, 2010. During the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2010, they assisted 6,766 families reach their home ownership dream.

That's a lot of dough.

Okay Realtors, listen up

if you are not knowlegable or are not participating in this program (extravaganza) well

start, get with the program, literally

Buyers, you owe it to yourself and your family to check it out.

Here's some of the basics;

primary, owner occupied residence only

no downpayment

no monthly mortgage insurance

seller can pay closing costs

there are some property and income restrictions

BUT, as you can see, this program is

HOT!!!

If you need some help here, just check with the guy over there on the right.

and

Catch the wave

and

Ride the Wave, right into your new home!

that's a big yahooooo!
