This week i'm so excited to be taking a class by Carla Cross on Washington State Instructor Development.  I cant help but wonder why more people aren't getting the certification.  I have a vision of agents telling their clients, "Not only do I sell an amazing amount of homes, but I teach other Realtors how to do what I do.  In fact I'm certified through the state to do just that!"

Coming from a company that promotes education as heavily as we do-- because it really, really matters, This just seems like the natural thing to do.

Is there any down side at all to becoming certified that you can think of?  Thus far, I'm only seeing perks.
