David Oliver, in Deming, NM, captured the essence of optimism in the face of a storm in this photo. (You can save a high resolution version for your desktop by clicking here. Do it.  You deserve a gift for subscribing to my blog.)

Does the market for Real Estate have you complaining about your current volume of business?

If you're a lender like me, are you sitting in your office playing solitare on the computer, like one associate I know?

There's a market for sunshine.  Just a little--only a few rays focused on a single spot, will capture the imagination of those around you.

Optimism is contagious!  Get up!  Get out!  Get going!  You won't survive.  You'll thrive
That's the Real Estate opinion of this Tucson Mortgage Lender.

Hi Mike - Love the photo! Our business is all about how we look at things. It's changed, but you have to change with it. I'm having a blast out there right now. I tend to stay away from the people in my office who always talk about how bad the business is right now.

If you want to work there's work out there...go get it!

Mike, the consumers are bombarded with bad news.  If we can't give them a bit of optimism then what are we doing with our lives?  We're adding to their bad news, and I don't like being a part of that.

Mike:  Awesome photo.  You have some of the best pictures!  My market has been a bit slower but I have to say, I've been busy nonetheless.  You know, it's all going to be alright.  We just have to keep positive.

Wow!  And a good morning to all of you!

Barry, thanks for the reminder and tie-in to AR!

Jim, help turn it!  Grandma used to quote Robert Louis Stevenson to me when I said "If..."  The little ditty goes like this:  "If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride.  If wishes were fished, then we'd have some fried!" LOL

Shane, you're a new face.  In a minute, I'll be on your blog to sit and visit.  Thanks for commenting!

Sarah, I'm honored each time y'all visit.  It was your post last night that got me thinking about how just a little can be just right.

Ricardo, I'm with you.  Let's go!

Linda, your comment shines as brightly as your positive outlook! You're the best.

Kris,  Ditto!  You're a leader because of what you choose to focus on.  (Bad grammar, ending my sentence with a preposition like that, but it makes the point!)

Donna, you're positive!  I'm positive that you're positive!  I know, because I subscribe to your blog.

Hi Mike-What a beautiful picture.  It looks like there is all ready a pot of gold waiting, front and center. (is that a yucca?)  In this market, we need to pick our shiniest "coins" and use them well.  I've been reverse marketing and I'll tell you, it's an overflowing pot of gold.

That is a yucca, Julie.  You should write a post about your reverse marketing experience.  Thanks for visiting and commenting.

Hey Mike, I responded to your email.  Absolutely I will get that posted in the very near future.  I'm very behind on my posts due to trying to keep up with my clients right now. Give me until the end of the weekend.

Hey Mike I'm a forever optimist!!  No point whining about things if you aren't going to do anything to make things better.  We all control our destiny and while some have an easier time then others, we can all be successful if we work at it!  Can't wait for it to fall in our laps, especially in this market!  Great Post and I love the picture!

Hi Mike!!  I am a friend of Sandy's.  She sent me your post.  How did she know I was playing solitaire in the office last week.  Okay, I needed the kick in the behind.  I plan to refocus my energy, and step out this week.  I will go to your blog and read some more.

Make it a great week!!
