I have access to a bank in Europe ; that is willing to purchase surplus inventory at loan value:
This can be single family,condos,town homes,milti-family properties Completed or not.
If collateral is not over leveraged.
This is a global bank: closing is Expedited by this.
A USA bank has already collateralized a loan with Property. Due diligence has already been successful as has title work.
THIS IS A CASH PURCHASE.THERE IS NO Contingent FINANCING.
Upon buyer's Acceptance of purchase , cash is deposited and dispersed though International counsel... in Orlando .
This is not a retail real estate transaction: but a liquidation of asset.
Thus a percentage of purchase Price (LOAN PAY-OFF AMOUNT) can be returned as seller incentive.
All parties are expected to be represented by independent counsel.

type of unit
number of units
year built
amount of financing owed.
