The SouthAlabamaLiving Team at Keller Williams Realty Alabama Gulf Coast has recently listed a newly constructed Heritage home on 2.16 peaceful acres in beautiful Loxley, AL. The home included great features to include: a split bedroom plan, stainless steel appliances, wood burning fireplace, his/her master vanities and closest. Our seller was gracious enough to answer some additional questions for us, in regards to their personal history and experience with the home. We thought prospective buyers for this attractive Loxley listing would greatly appreciate hearing what our seller had to say, thus we have shared the conversation below.
Agent: Why did you choose to purchase and build on your Barlow Rd. lot?
Seller: We wanted to be far enough out of town to have a peaceful and quiet setting but still close enough to be within 10 minutes of the grocery store. We also didn't want to have neighbors crowding around us, but not so far out that we felt isolated. This lot perfectly fits all those requirements.
Agnet: Who built your home and would you recommend this builder to others?
Seller: Heritage Homes of Mobile built the home and we moved in August of 2008. I would recommend this builder to others. The company has a very effective communication process and we felt informed at all times.
Seller: The home has an open floor plan so that whoever is in the kitchen cooking can still be interactive with everyone in the living area. The home is located 500 feet off a lightly traveled blacktop road so it is very peaceful. It has a very country feel but is still only 10 minutes to the grocery store.
Agent: Why are you moving?
Seller: We love our home here but my husbands parents live a couple of states away and are reaching their 70's and he would like to spend the remaining years near them.
Seller: I will definitely miss the back porch where I spend relaxing moments there watching the squirrels and birds play. We will also miss watching all of the fruit and ornamental trees grow and mature.
