Here are a couple of things I use that might help you.

CutePDF - this creates a printer icon so that you can take anything, click to print and it converts to a PDF file you can save.

MergePDF - this is not software download, but a page where you can combine multiple PDF's into one document. Just bookmark the site. I use it to combine tax return pages when they send me the signed page to go with what they already sent me.

No problem, I probably use cutepdf on a daily basis and the merge site is particularly helpful when one of my borrowers just needs to sign one page (Tax Returns for example)
