We are always looking for that one small edge to find just one more buyer. And we never know which little edge that could be.
I personally pay for the enhanced version of Realtor.com (ouch).
They offer a fairly new feature and from what I see many are unaware. Even if we never see a new buyer from this it might even impress a seller. It is another way to get their home out even further into the globe. It is called www.worldproperties.com
I have explained to sellers that many "out of country folks" Just might go onto this site to look for resort properties and see their listed there under Distintive homes. Any home can be place there but you must call realtor.com to get it done.
It really just is a transfer of the site we already have except searches can be done in foreign dollars and who knows they just might find us. Hope this thought helps.
