Santa Clara County Silicon Valley Distinguished Schools
The California Department of Education recognizes schools throughout the state that have demonstrated significant gains in narrowing the achievement gap for a broad range of students.
Santa Clara County’s Silicon Valley has 44 schools that have earned the California Distinguished School Award.
As you look at the 44 award winning schools, you can refer to my previous blog post on median home prices for the area, you will notice that higher home prices and award winning schools tend go together. Buying a home and raising a family are long term processes. Educating the next generation is investing in our future.
Technology professionals relocating to Silicon Valley recognize the importance of education and are willing and able to buy a home where their children can receive a fine education in order to compete in the Global Economy.
