Did you list and then decide to stage your house? Don't forget to update the online photos!

After staging a house I always look forward to seeing "my creation" online. I usually wait a couple of weeks and then check out the updated photos and virtual tour. More than once I have been suprised to see that the Realtor never updated the photos. Let's face it--there are a lot of busy agents out there and sometimes they forget this important step!

Since 90% of home buyers first go online to preview houses, it is so important to update all photos and virtual tours. If you are the seller, ask your agent to update photos and then double check to make sure that they are on all the important sites. If you have a beautifully prepared house for sale---show it off online to draw in those buyers!

That should be a no-brainer, shouldn't it?  What's the point of all that staging if you don't use it to attract buyers?
