Babies ... and taking good care of them ... is a very important and popular topic at our house as of late. As I've related in past posts, my wife and I became grandparents for the first time this last fall, courtesy of our younger son and his wife.
Yesterday, we learned that our oldest son Tom and his wife Jenny are expecting their first baby .. and are adding to our growing family. To say the least, we are absolutely beyond thrilled.
Our recent good news definitely played a part in my eye catching the Joliet Herald News' article, "Silver Cross OB/GYNs Host Discussion on Preparing for Pregnancy".

The doctors will cover the importance of planning ahead ... before you actually get pregnant ... to increase the odds for a healthy pregnancy and birthing a healthy baby.
