Happy St. Paddy's Day Kathleen. May the luck 'o the Irish be with Ya...
Unfortunately, there are snakes in all localities and all occupations. The Luck of the Irish is sometimes called a home inspection contingency!
Hi Michael, Thank You. My son is Irish and his name is Patrick. Having him made me the luckiest mother in the world! Thanks for stopping by.
Melaine, Indeed there are snakes in all locals and occupations. Our home, termite and chimney inspections revealed the truth. How can someone live in a property for 14 years and not know the roof leaked and estimate the age of the roof to be 10 years old. After spending 4 hours at the inspection and another 3-4 hours reviewing the seller disclosures … it became crystal clear that we had indeed uncovered a snake. Seller is also the listing agent!
Kathleen,
Still pondering what too much time on our hands is really like...Have a good rest of your St. Patrick's Day... g
Kathleen, may the luck of the Irish be with you today. Liked your cartoons.
Gordon and Cherise, Good point … we all have the same amount of time in each day … it’s what we do with it that matters most. Thanks for stopping by.
Ted, The snake one really got me. The business of real estate is revealing more dark characteristics in people. I suspect it is the “economic times” that drive it. Thanks for your comment.
I LOVE Maxine - she just says it like it is, LOL. Now, I need to go to bed - too much corned beef and cabbage, LOL.
Thanks for the giggles Kathleen. Good to see Maxine is still holding up well after all these years!
Mike
Juli, I was thinking about calling you and asking what time I should be there for corned beef and cabbage. I have not had that in at least 15 years! I hope you enjoyed yours.
Mike, Maxine is a legend - isn't she? I hope you enjoyed St. Paddy's Day. Thanks for stropping by!.
Oh, no. I actually found a field of clover the other day and stopped for a while to see if I could find a four-leaf clover. Yes, I did have too much time on my hands.
Thank for a cute way to present a message. Do you have your corn beef?
