It’s interesting to see where your business comes from when you run a small business. One of the things Tim Francis Realty has been very fortunate about is that we receive a lot of referrals in Atlanta real estate from satisfied folks we have already helped as well as friends and neighbors who know how we work.
As well, we refer our wonderful vendors who do a good job for us, as we respect how difficult it can be to find good vendors for various jobs. We do this because we use more services than the average homeowner since we are actively property managing homes throughout Atlanta.
Tim Francis Realty is one of a limited number of Atlanta Real Estate firms that handle only single family executive rental (or lease) homes as well as property management. Tim Francis Realty has provided this service for over 10 years without having to evict any tenants. (We are very proud of that record.)
Today we had the privilege of getting a phone call from a prospective client who was given our name by one of our frequently used vendors.
