A Month in the Life of an Agent : Day 17

By
Real Estate Agent with BHHS Northwest Real Estate

Ladies and Gentlemen please make sure your seatbelt is buckled. The ride is about to begin!

Today was one of those roller coaster days in real estate. The morning started with an early morning email from a buyer's agent rescinding her client's offer on one of my listings. Down we go....

Then a mid-morning notice from escrow that a deal my buyer wrote on a vacant piece of land in June 2010 is actually going to close TODAY! Wheee we're climbing back up!

Here comes the fall - the lender for one of my buyers starts a conversation with me with "Don't panic but...." seems they have two applications for him in their system and ones shows denied. They are now working on sorting it out - but he may end up not being able to get his loan.

Luckily the day is ending on the climb back up as another set of buyers decided to write an offer on a new construction home in Seattle.

I can't wait to see what thrills tomorrow brings!

Scott and Cheryl - I agree!

Roger - How could that be? At least they were loyal to a lender so you found out!
