4 Comments on Rural Development Loans, Claremore VS. Owasso Oklahoma
Hi Jim. Great information. For the record, Owasso will be losing RD eligibility this year due to our population growth and the 2010 census. We aren't sure yet how far north the boundary will extend, but most people think it will be to 126th street north, which is the dividing line between Owasso and Collinsville school districts.
Thanks for the comment! I guess the pending changes will motivate buyers to get their zero down financing before the their new home becomes ineligible. Great news is that we have so many rural communities in our area that will continue to qualify and are great places to live!
Jim,
A wonderful post to let buyers know about the elgibility of Owasso homes and also the outlying areas.
