Barbara, how do you do this? You keep coming up with the great Topics which lure me right into your read, plus the content is always great. We all need to stop and think about what it is we do, how do we get paid, and are we being paid well, not enough, or perhaps even too much. Makes you think, right?
Good morning Barbara,
Good food for thought. I follow my business plan and know what I have to do to keep on track. I'm worth the money I make and if there are those who don't want to pay my fee..so be it...there are plenty of others who do value my services. For me specializing in a community and section of town I live has led me to the success I enjoy.
Barbara....thank you....hopefully readers will think about this topic....
Dorie....I enjoy reading your posts on Canyon Creek communities....
We have to keep going in order to keep the pipeline full. I bust my butt for everyone so yes, I am at least worth what I make. I know how hard you work Barbara to make that phone ring!
Jackie.....yes, you and I both work diligently everyday.....now we need to learn some smarter ways to work....it will save us some time and it will be more effective.....
Good morning Barbara!
Being in business for myself for 30 years, I learned a few things...
Quality work, price right, service, service and more service.
The key to my success.
Joshua.....the best service will always result in repeat business....
Some of us need to rethink our planning for profits. Well done post.
We have a beautiful sunny day in Maryland. Home buyers are out and searching for the bargains. The combination of attractive home prices and low interest rates is compelling.
Good morning, Roy....yes, life is good in general, but the photos of the flowers make it even better....
Hey Barbara,
this is a great post and yes, you got me thinking too :) For me, quality work and pricing it right, especially know is key :) Also, just getting out there and meeting people so they know who you are...very important. Face to Face meetings, you need it :)

I'm glad to say that my blogging and my postcard marketing program are paying off. I dont know whom, but I know I get 2-3 calls a week from these daily activities.
Loreena....that's what counts....you spend the time and money and reap the rewards....and they will continue to come as long as you don't stop working....
Hi Barbara. I have been incorporating mailings more than usual since they were lacking before. Now it seems more balanced.
this idea sounds like Stephen Covey's habit begin with the end in mind. It is the only way to go.
Lana....that's good .....you need to mail enough or it won't work....
Tom....that's exactly how I go....
