I don't know about you, but I am not a big fan of Day Light Savings time, especially in that first week or so when my body has not acclimated to the difference. However there are some definite perks...
1. I can now exercise safely well into the evening. Personally I tend to bike a lot in the summer time because it is easier to make time late in the day.
2. If I want to sleep in on the weekends, I can because the sun is less likely to wake me up.
3. Waking up before the sunrises. Some might see this as a drawback, however I have witnessed some breath-taking sunrises in the last week and for that I am appreciative.
