18 Comments on Virtual And Facebook Friends Are Good But Nothing Replaces These Friends
I will be moving soon....and when I get to my new place I am going to be picking out a new friend.
Al and Peggy, there's nothing that can compare with the love and affection that an animal so willingly gives. You are right, you can't compare the virtual world with the real thing. With so many animals needing a good home, the animal shelter should be the first place people look when they want to get a pet.
Hi Al and Peggy,
Aww, so cute, we are just a little to far to come by and pick one up, aside from the fact that we have 2 dogs already, but what is another pet amongst "friends"
It's scary how much that kitten looks like a photo we once took of some stray kittens we found in our shed. We got them all safe homes, and get back reports on them often.
That's super Jeffrey, just remember they steal your heart!
Oh Malcolm, if we had room for more, we would go pick one up. We scanned the pictures of the little ones currently at the shelter and loved them all!
LOL! That's right Peter and Linda, pets adapted to all 'friends'
Oh love the fact that you get reports back Ellen! So cute! Isn't this little guy adorable?
Ohhhh! That little baby is precious Al & Peggy! All animals deserve good homes.
Great post Al & Peggy, she is definitly a cutie, until there are none, adopt...
Aww, so cute. The photo made me smile. I love my little Lola although I'm getting a little tired of bathing her after our walks here in the mud everyday.
It would be impossible to say no to that cutie. We've talked about getting another cat but haven't taken the next step yet.
Al & Peggy - Adopting a pet is the best thing, both of my dogs were adopted.
Al and Peggy, sorry I am not a pet person. The extent of my pets is my fish aquarium and my kids :)
They do Wanda and the thought of them homeless breaks our hearts
Great slogan Gerry,.......'until there are none adopt!'
Yes, Jenny little Lola is adorable. Ugh! Can't imagine bathing her EVERY day!
Come on Anita! You need to step out!!
Great news Michelle!! Glad to hear you adopted.
Well at least you have a fish George, what's it's name? BTW don't you find the kids are the most expensive pets?
Al and Peggy.....great photo.....we have one...but no way i could turn that one away!
Hope you have a great day!---Rob
I would not be able to leave that darling little face! Great awareness post!
It's impossible to walk away from those little guys when you go to the shelter. Too cute. And they are WAY more special than any virtual friend can ever be.
Very CUTE.
have a great day.
We know, he is a real heart breaker isn't he Rob!
Christine, we have to cuddle all pets, can't resist them!
Except you Craigster! except you!
We know you are a pet lover with a few of your own Josh! ;)
My two furry children were adopted from my local animal shelter. went for one, ended up with two. LOL. They bring a sweetness to life that comes no other way. :0)
