Spring is Here - Time for the Open Houses!

With the decent weather and winter thawings we're having in West Michigan, spring is officially here! Daffodils are peeking through and the robins have been spotted, as well. For us Realtors (r) that also means open house time. The buyers are out in droves, now (actually, they have been all winter - most "working" agents I have spoken with say this has been their busiest winter in a few years).

My first spring Open House will be Sat. March 26, 2011 at 2608 Avon SW, Wyoming, MI. Great and nicely redecorated 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home. Features hardwood floors in living room and dining room and also a nice, open kitchen area with appliances. $93,900. To save gas, real video open houses can save lots of time in the selectin process too. Good looking property you are showing there.

Malcolm - I did get a lot of activity on this home. It's more in the city and easier access. I had one home last year out of town that got zero activity both times.

Cheryl - I actually had buyers come through (without their agent) who are talking about putting in an offer. The weather has been nice (cold but sunny) and buyers are really out looking.
