There are five currently available homes in Stillwater Cove priced from $232,530 to $269,550 offering 3 bedrooms, 2baths to 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and from 2267 to 3342 square feet. This is a new subdivision and the strength of the following numbers shows something in the economy here and hopefully nation wide is improving. In Stillwater Cove there were eleven sales in the last six months and most of those sales were in the last four months. All homes sold at or above list price except one that sold at 0.4% under list which I suspect had more to do with the terms of the contract. The eleven homes that sold in Stillwater Covespent an average of 24 days on the market with a few being pre-sales. One home is currently contingent.
