Donald, You would think so, but, no. Only one showing since the price reduction and even though I know the agent, I have not been able to get feedback, which is not good. I even know the agent! It's a good price point for 1st time homebuyers!
With this new price reduction this one should go fast! Best of luck with your marketing efforts.
