Spring realty check, housing's double dip?
Diana Olick wrote another timely and interesting article on our current real estate market. We know from experience that our government has a tendency to massage numbers and facts to save us from having to deal with reality, so I really appreciate honest reporting. We are in this business and need to stay current on all matters pertaining to the real estate market so we can advise our clients appropriately. If you have time, this makes for interesting reading.
