More Coral Springs homes sold this month, 54 in fact. Of these Coral Springs homes listed for sale below, almost 30% of them sold as a Short Sale, which is a decrease from last month.  Whereas, almost 28% of the homes sold were sold as REO/Bank owned which is a slight increase from last month. Just over 57% of homes sold in Coral Springs were distressed properties during February 2011.

  The Master community of Wyndham Lakes led the pack this month with 8 homes sold in its communities of Baypointe, Coventry Place, Enclave, The Island, Mayfair and Park Place; following Coral Springs home sold were: Pine Ridge and Ramblewood with each having sold 3 homes. Brookside, Coral Springs Country Club, Coral Springs University, Cypress Run, Cypress Glen, Coral Creek, Carriage Pointe Estates, The Crossings, Eagle Trace, Forest Hills, Glenwood, Hidden Hammock Estates, The Isles, Maplewood, Mariners Cove, Oakwood, The Preserve, Springs Hamlet, Turtle Run and Whispering Woods  also had homes sold. 

You'll see below that Coral Springs homes for sale that were sold during February had a significant price point adjustment in that the majority of homes sold were in the price range of $300,000-$349,999. Which you'll see from prior reported months that most activity occured in the price points below $300,000.
