So, I've decided to develop a website.  And I'm one of those lucky ones to have a website designer very close by (okay, so he's my hubby).  I didn't want to make the site public until it was finished, but my honorable webmaster said I needed to get a basic framework out now and that I can build on it bit by bit.  So that's what I'm doing.  Slowly.  It's just that I'm so busy it's hard to take the time to sit down and develop content.  I'm getting there.  Slowly.  Did I mention slowly?  So tell me, you long-time online REALTORS, how does your website work for you?  Do you get new clients?  Do your sellers appreciate the additional presence?  Do you blog about your listings?  Do buyers go to your site to find out where to set up their utilities, how to calculate a mortgage payment, who to call for a home warranty?  How much time do you spend maintaining your site?  Come on, you techno-weenies, you know you want to tell me all about it!   :-)

Miss Angi, You have done something right already by your Assoc with Eric. Next. If I were you, You could shorten your trip by reading everything That Mary McKnight has written. Then read it AGAIN. I'm still reading it and understand about 10% but I'm convinced. Her advice is Cutting edge .IMO. Good Luck.
