How often have you heard the term Attention to Detail. When I was in the miliatry I heard it all the time, pay attention to detail. Many people do not pay attention to detail, and only want to see the big picture. But in our business we must constantly be paying attention to the details.
By paying attention to the details, there is a lesser chance of missing something. Whether it be property faults, or pointing out a unique feature that sets a property from the others.
The chances are pretty high when you stop looking, and discovering, the likelyhood of you discovering something great are close to none.
