Spring Clean Up

OK, weather is getting nice now, time to turn our attention outside.  Take a look around your property, what do you see?  Old man winter has left his mark, decaying leaves and twigs have stained sidewalks and step walls, green stains most likely mildew, on siding, gutters and concrete walks look unsightly.  If you were taking a listing, would you recommend some cheap maintenance to spruce up these areas?

A few years back, I purchased a power washer.  Cost me only $88, but today it sells for around $100, well worth it.  These little electric power machines clean without detergent, but you can add it for tough jobs like cars, so you won't damage plants and shrubs.
