The best advertising source? - hit them while their down ~~~~~

Mortgage and Lending with Apex Home Loans NMLS #369577

I have a business model that is built around "the last man standing" concept. Sure,I am not knocking them dead like we all did for the past 4 -5 years. I do have a very low overhead, an extremely competant staff that are all dedicated and not "clock watchers", and I believe I am alligned with the top tier lenders that will weather this mortgage storm.....

I think this could be the best time to advertise and really brand a name and logo.

Question for all you Rainer's ----    What do you consider the best source of media at this time?

Radio?

Internet?

Print?

Direct Mail?

Television?

telemarketing? --  ummmm   sorry - not in my organization.........

or any combination of the above?

i think it will be very interesting to see how everyone responds. I no longer hear ads on the radio or see them in the paper....  i think the world is your oyster if you can develop a great marketing plan, use high quality ads and of course, back up what you promise......  let's hit em while their down and gain real market share and recognition!

c'mon -   everyone offer something up here -   we can all become winners!!!!!

I typically do internet and direct mail. In my area print ads are a complete waste of money. The direct mail is targeted so it gets a good response. And so far my internet presense had resulted in a lot of response.

I too am curious to hear what is working in other parts of the US.

Since 80% of buyers use the Internet to start their house search, I would start where they are at. But don't neglect the other channels. A balance and leverage will get you 'there' safely.

I LOVE using the internet - sometimes though I need to just do some good old fashioned print ads because that's what my clients are looking for.

Right now I'm putting my efforts into print and car magnets.  I think there's too much 'junk' on the internet right now
