With today being the 1st official day of Spring, it is safe to say Spring real estate market is here now too. The combination of warmer weather and longer days will help showing activity on all homes. It is now easier to be able to view homes during the week after work and not be so dependent on weekend weather.
This is also the time of year when new listings come to the market quickly. If you have been looking and just monitoring the market, now is the time to step up and really pay attention. Nice homes that show well and are priced right will sell faster now than at other times of the year.
