1. Did you know getting prequalified is not all hype. You serioulsy dont want to lose out on the home you fell in love with because someone else had their ducks in a row is ready to buy and you arent. That would suck!

2. Did you know prequalified is not just the bank said I should be good to go for such and such an amount?

3. Did you know a true prequalification is where they have all your paperwork, your credit score and a locked in bank rate for you?

The other good thing about having your clients prequalified before you go out is, you know they are serious and not just out for a ride to look at homes.

Great reminder. I have had clients who lost out because they weren't ready. Something to be aware of it the bank that says you have to prequal through them to make an offer on a property. They try to suck you in and make you use them even though you have some one else.
