City Park, New Orleans is a gem and have you seen the cemetaries?
Imagine 1300 acres right in the City of New Orleans! I read that $17 million dollars was donated to bring the park back from its ruins after Katrina.
This park is so beautiful with ancient oak trees, the Museum of Art and a Sculpture Park.
If you have considered going to New Orleans - just do it! We will be going back next year for their Jazz Festival.
I just loved my 7 nights in the Gulf Coast area, the people were so friendly and shared their stories of Katrina with us.
I really felt a connection with that City and I will be spending alot more time in this area in the future.
