Ted, upon first glance I thought the prices for Victoria BC condos were quite expensive...but after realizing these are OCEANFRONT condos and looking at the fabulous view pictured above, I see the value. You can change a house, but you can't change the location and the oceanfront properties do hold their value. :)

Oceanfront has to be very attractive. Toronto condos are quite pricey and rather small.
