Good Morning Barbara, That is a lovely looking home. Those photos are worth a 1000 words. Today's intranet buyers are looking for homes with lots of photos. You did a great job of promoting this Active Adult Community.
I tell you what. I want one of these places. Although today I feel like a "dragging adult" not an "active adult"
Barbara, this will appeal to more people than the connected ones and in my area they do have some but not selling much at the $350k price range...yours obviously has the demand at those prices and are more upscale...after doing yard work the other day...i'm getting tired of the upkeep...will have to watch these homes.

I love the kitchens at Palladini Village. They are all different and very custom.
