Suzanne - This can be true for 1st timers and veterans alike. But if we communicate things that are essential to them, it's easier to narrow the focus and start from there. If after that we've exhausted all possibilities, then we regroup and change the criteria.

Joan - I'd ask for a refund anyway! Your first clue that it wasn't going to work out should have been when you called and they answered, "Hello. Who's calling?"

Ah, Craignak the Magnificient. Weren't you served papers to stop doing that act? The best way to find out what they want is to ask them what they don't want, process of elimination, but with 27,000 actives there has to be something in there.
