We staged a beautiful home this week.  It has been on the market for 3 months as an owner occupied property.  Due to a job transfer, the owners eventually had to move, leaving the home vacant.  As beautiful as this property is, there are currently 14 homes for sale in this small community - many of which are new construction.  This means that competition is fierce!  This seller decided to use Staging as a tool to show off their property & add to the liklihood of a sale....

Hiring a stager can set your listing apart from the competition.  Isn't it time you tried it?

Good BEER! :-)  Nice video!  I sure wouldnt want to have to carry groceries up those stairs though!  that in iteself would keep me from buying that beautiful house.

Wow, That was an amazing house. The staging was perfect, you did a great job! I like the towels set by the bath, that's a nice touch and makes me want to take a soak!

Hey, Melissa.  What a great, warm photo you have.  Makes mine seem so cold!  But, you are a stager and people expect the glam!  I love the whole package.  The staging, the music, the verbiage, and the slide show.  I'm sure you have an edge over the competition...unless you staged those homes as well!!!

My name is Robert Anderson and I own On The Air Productions, an advertising communications corporation.  We create a property listing videos with your photos, set custom motion graphics and send to a professional voice talent for narration and post it on YouTube, Craigslist and index it on all major search engines.  We can also cut your video into a custom fifteen second TV commercial, and air it on our special blend of program selection, geared toward potential home buyers in the area.

We've streamlined the process to be quick and easy; we can have a listing on TV within hours.  Your phone number/picture/web/info runs on each of the ads, you talk directly to interested buyers.  This process has proven to be extremely successful in a less than perfect real estate market!

If you’d like more info, feel free to let me know.  Our property listing videos start at just $250!

Robert - Wow!  $250 per listing?  I pay $125/yr for RES and can do as many shows as I need.  I instantly get to add the listings to any database I need to with perfect directions for each show.  Best of all the whole process takes less than about 5 minutes.  www.Realestateshows.com

Stacy - This bath was really beautiful.  I'm actually jealous of the shower.  I have a huge soak tub w/ jets, but my personal shower is lacking.  This one is huge and limestone... color me green with envy.

Natalie - This is one of the benefits of staging.  The home feels 'warmer'.  Photos convey that making buyers more likely to stop by & view.

That is very good, I offer a virtual tour on my web site that is very familiar to that and I didn't think it was staging I just thought it was marketing.

Wow, that seems like a great deal.  I checked them out and they have a nice product.  They say it best though I think

It's so easy!
Use your digital photos to create Shows! They will look and feel like TV commercials!

The differences between our offering and theirs are numerous, but most glaring is that ours Actually Are TV Commercials.  100% broadcast quality TV spots that can be aired on any network in the nation.  We know there are tons of "do it yourself" photo gallery sites that let you display photos with music and transitions.  Their customers are not our customers.  We cater to a higher brow.  We offer a custom narration, and a human aspect that so many people take for granted.

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it.
