WINNING ~ A REALTOR Helps You With The X's And O's

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 0575737

X and OsThose that don't know the intricacies of mens college basketball and the current NCAA tournament field of 68, whittling it down to a Final Four and then a champion think it is just a bunch of above average height guys throwing the ball up at the hoop and wanting to get a basket. But there are DESIGNED plays, offense and defensive MOVEMENT so at CRUNCH TIME you have the best chance of winning.

WINNING ~ A REALTOR Helps You With The X's And O's

Diagramming the path to success is like writing on a mini whiteboard clipboard, your offense the O's against what is opposing you the other team's 5 player X's. In real estate the reason For Sale By Owners FAIL 90% or greater of the time in getting the house sold, or sold for far less, they don't know the STEPS or haven't performed the WINNING strategy time and time again. Watch these basketball games. With 4.5 seconds left a team can score THREE points and pull out a victory.

At CRUNCH TIME, selling or buying a house, when it HAS TO GET DONE, trust your X's and O's to a REALTOR.

Gary,

I'm glad that I am responding for Cherise on her blogs, especially this one since my heart is so close to various sports, including March Madness.  You're absolutey right.  The difference between success and failure might be due to the execution of strategy and FSBO's aren't usually effective by throwing their hats into the tournament and hoping for a successful outcome... g

Barbara: The thought of getting from point A to B is a good one.

Gordon: A true basketball fan. Execution is the key difference in a REALTOR and a FSBO.

William: Strategy with negotiations you are right is a game plan.

Karen: Ha Ha. You picked up on that Charlie Sheen thing huh? Never a good thing and now we will here that stupid WINNING phrase everywhere....

Sharon and Shirley: You both are sweet picking up on the kisses and hugs. Cool.

Hi Gary, had you not made the analogy to real estate, I think I'd still clueless about the basketball talk.  Great analogy.  Plans to suceed are good.

Sondra: I know, X's and O's are kind of basketball and football chalk talk. But despite many things that look like chaos to the outside observer there is a method to the madness, and a plan diagrammed out in full. REALTORS are the same way. They know what they are doing and clients need to just let them execute.
