Changes of Seasons = New MLS photos

By
Real Estate Agent with eGreen Realty

Now that Spring as sprung we are encouraged at our office to update outdoor MLS photos. I'm amazed at agent who don't do this. If it's the middle of Summer, buyer's don't want to see snow in the pictures.  Time to update everyone!

Happy Monday and Spring everyone :)

That is a great suggestion as the season goes into a change. Time to remove the snow pictures.

That is a good idea. Sends a message that the house just isn't selling when the picture is from a different season.

Very good advice Jodi.  Spring photos can do wonders for a listing.

Jodi, spring is a relative term... If new mls photos were taken this week there'd still be plenty of snow. We need another month or so before new pix can be taken. I do agree with you though, green pix in the spring are much better! :)
