Hi Everybody!
Just finished up a home inspection in Trenton, MI.
Turns out that this is a Flip Home (meaning that someone purchased it, fixed it up, and is trying to sell it for a profit).
This home is immaculate! The people who did the work did a very good job. Most of the time, I find that people who do Flip homes don't do a very professional job. This one is great!
The inspector didn't find anything wrong with it. Amazing for a home built in 1968.
The Inspector did a great job, too. He explained everything from maintenance and roof shingle life, to circuit breakers and the age of the furnace and air conditioner.
Reasonable rates, knowledge and experience, Ken Baker, or Baker Inspections, Inc, did a great job for us all today!
Ken Baker is a licensed builder, conducts Conventional, FHA and VA inspections, plus Well-Septic, Termite and Radon tests.
