Did you know that Bank Of America has several opportunities for you to meet face to face with loan advisors and potentially get your loan modification decision right there on the spot? Well you are not alone! I have lost count how many clients, friends, agents and homeowners have asked my advice on how to get their loan modification application with Bank Of America approved!
Now, understand this does not assure that your loan modification will be approved, in fact it could very well get declined, but one of the greatest issues that I hear the most about is the frustration of having to call in to a center located in who knows where and staffed by who knows! In addition, the not knowing for such along time makes you feel like you have out your life on hold for nothing...especially if your application is declined! The biggest advantage here is that you can get to talk with an expert in loan modifications and hopefully get a yes or no right there! Then you can move on!
This opportunity is called the Bank Of America Customer Outreach Event. There are a few that are currently scheduled around the country in cities that include: Las Vegas, NV, March 24th through March 26th, Atlanta, GA, April 7th through April 9th, Jacksonville, FL, April 14th through April 16th and Charlotte, NC, May 12th through May 14th.
There is another opportunity that we have discussed in the past, and that is NACA Save-The-Dream Tour that is currently marching its way across this great land and NACA has a very large partnership with Bank Of America, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae and Saxon Mortgage among others. Again, an opportunity to meet face-to-face with an expert who is highly trained in loan modifications for Bank of America in particular and you can often get a decision right there on the spot!
Am I suggesting that you travel to these venues to get your loan modification application approved or declined? No, unless you maybe have another reason to go that way anyway, business, family, vacation or peace-of-mind. That's right campers I went there! I have for years said that you cannot put a price on peace of mind and if you are laying awake at night thinking about this, it is affecting your health, your work and your family life! It might just be worth the investment.
