The purple line in the snapshot is the zip code boundary are NOT the City of Worthington boundary. The snippet does not show Linworth which is in the City of Worthington but the map in the snapshot shows Riverlea which is NOT in the City of Worthington but wants to be. Riverlea is in the 43085 zip code and Worthington schools and there is at least one condo on the market in Riverlea now, in March 2011. The point of the snapshot of a map snippet is that condos north of 270 are in the City of Columbus (or a township?) not the City of Worthington.
I really thought I could do a search for City of Worthington condos ONLY on the Real Living IDX (IDX is what made the three searches above... IDX stands for internet data exchange, public display of mls data... mls is multiple listing service, TMI? too much information? ) but for City of Worthington it show the 43085 zip code. I can not do what. I can... I can not show you.

Did a city of Worthington condo sell for $96,000 last month? I will look... a foreclosure? Perhaps I would guess a condo in the City of Columbus was listed wrong... operator error? There have been a lot of changes in the Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS recently. Trendgraphix is having a tough time keeping up. They have Worthington properties listed as Worthington Township this month. There is no Worthington Township in Central Ohio.
