Here are tips you can do to bring life to your listings this spring to help you sell more quickly.

1.  Establish a spring color into your front yard by simply putting a pot of flowers next to your front door and planting placed near flower bed to create the home feel revitalized.

2. Introduce pops of one bright spring color as an emphasis throughout the living area by adding up pillows, floral stems and accessories such as clear receptacle with candles or even fruits to encourage your prospects go into the home for a loser look. Begin at the entry as much as possible and also not to be afraid of white.

3. Loosen up the decorations by substituting dark comforters with lighter colors; take away heavy throws and dark rugs and drapes if necessary.

4. Throw open the blinds (equally throughout) and cleanse the windows so they shine.

5. Hose off the house exterior and add black or dark brown mulch to flower beds.  (Dark mulch will hold its color longer and look richer)

5. Hose off the property exterior and attach black or dark brown mulch to flower beds. Dark mulch will retain its color longer and appear more affluent.
