It includes single family, townhomes, manufactured homes and condos in the city of Flagstaff. The average asking price is $445,000, which is up from last week by about $305K and the average price per square foot is $185.42, which is up from last week by about $110. These are mostly due to the fact there is just one home this week. These numbers may seem like they are going down, but Flagstaff hasn't been hit as hard as other areas, so this has been pretty consistent.
