I run a website www.minneapolisrealestatevids.comwhich is dedicated to helping Realtors in Minnesota promote their listings. More specifically the Minneapolis area. I have a group of people that are working on the content of the site daily which will bring the site to the 1st page of many search engines within the next 30 days.
My goal is to provide the real estate community in Minneapolis, and greater Minnesota, the ability to have extra exposure for their listings at no cost. I know this sounds funny but thought is that through this process the buyers will also use me to provide the financing for their purchase. I am also looking develop some great new real estate partners along the way.
Anyway, I'm getting off track of this blog. What I am asking is for the Realtors of Minnesota, and specifically Minneapolis to take a look at the site and give me some feed back. Right now the site features some videos of listings from the Minneapolis area. I can however, take video listings, or listing photos (which I can convert to a video), from any Realtor that's interested in the extra exposure for their listings and set up a seperate page for them. There is also ad space on the site (I have 2 available) to place your picture and contact information. These are available on a first come, first serve basis and are good for 15-30 days depending on the demand for the space. I will also provide a link to your websites for those who contribute to the site with videos. One last feature, is on a monthly basis I will ask a contributing Realtor if they have a listing the would like featured on the website. This lising will be placed on it's own special "Property Spotlight" page on the website, and also placed on www.minnesotamortgageman.com as well. This property spotlight page comes with a brief bio on the Real Estate agent as well.
